Melamine Sanding Sealer MSS-123 is a two component acid curing based on amino and alkyd resins. It is designed as a base coat and combined with IMPRA MELAMINE LACK ML-131 Clear Gloss/ Semi Gloss/ Clear Dof.

USAGES
This product is suitable for interior wood finish.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
-The surface must be clean, dry, and free from oil.
-Sand the surface with sand paper no. 180 in the direction of wood grain until the surface is smooth.
-For close pore, fill the wood with IMPRA Wood Filler SH-113. After drying, sand with sand paper no. 240 to remove excessive wood filler.
-Staining with IMPRA Wood Stain WS-162B. Apply by brush and wipe before drying.
-Mix Melamine Sanding Sealer MSS-123 with Hardener and Thinner (Mixing ratio = A : B : Thinner Melamine = 9 : 1 : 6)
-Spray even coat of Melamine Sanding Sealer MSS-123.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

-Mix one part of FANCY SEALER FS - 127 with one part of thinner.(mixture ratio 1:1)
-Spray even coat of FANCY SEALER FS - 127 at coating amount 100 - 150 g/m2.
-Sand the surface with sandpaper no. 400 after drying 1 - 2 hours.
-Spray another even coat wet on wet after 15 - 20 minutes of the first coat, or wet on dry after sanding of the first coat.
